It is crucial that everyone accessing open space areas within the community MAKE SURE that fence gates are SECURELY closed behind them. We are having a large problem with people not securing gates and allowing cattle to exit the hillsides. This obviously risks safety and can cause property damage, and it is a serious problem, which has also created significant challenges for our rancher. In some cases, the gates are being left open due to carelessness and in other cases the gates have been damaged due to vandalism. Our open spaces are one of the most valued aspects of our community, and it's very important that we access them while also keeping the cattle secure.
