Rancho Solano Shared Interests Proposal
Posted on Jun 4th, 2019
As a way of getting people together and learning more about topics, there is learning-exchange program in Chicago that we can use as a model for Rancho Solano. For example, I’d like to get together with neighbors who would like to play volleyball at our park, play board games and trade garden plants. The concept is that some people know about a topic, others want to learn more about that topic, or simply want to do that activity together. These are just a few suggested categories:
Bicycling
Bunko
Gardening
Hiking
Poker
Volleyball
Crafts

The list of interests and individuals could be maintained by a couple people. The email addresses would be shared once a match is made. From that point the two parties decide whether they get together. Sound like fun? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. This program is not intended for commercial enterprise.
