The Board of Directors has learned that Engineered Soil Repairs, Inc. (ESR), which the Board of Directors went into contract with in 2018, has begun corrective hillside work in the area behind 3412 Black Mountain Ct. with crews working between the hours of 7:30a.m. – 4:00p.m. Monday through Friday. The corrective work will require grading tractors and associated equipment and is estimated to be completed in approximately 3-4 weeks. A staging area will be set up on German Street near 3020 – 3028 German Street, as that is the area in which the crews will be able to access the hillside with their equipment. There will be workers, a portable restroom, equipment, and construction noise associated with this project but the Board of Directors, upon advice of our geological engineer, has been advised to proceed with this corrective action as a precaution. The hillside that needs addressing must be re-graded and re-contoured to ensure that it remains stable for many years to come.
