Homeowners Association and Management
 
 
The Rancho Solano Master Association Board of Directors upholds the highest standards for residents and their properties.  The Kelly Company, one of Northern California's foremost property management companies, manages the community and maintains Rancho Solano's status as a quality Northern California living experience.   The property management group is selected and contracted by the Board of Directors.
  
The Board consists of seven elected members.  Each director serves a term of three years
and the annual election of directors is held in fall; election results are tallied and announced at the annual homeowners' meeting in October.  Monthly Board meetings are generally open to all homeowners, and are held on the third Thursday of each month (7:00 pm), at the Clubhouse at Rancho Solano.
